University Residence offers accommodation for university students where they live in a cozy and familiar environment with almost all the services you have at home, and most importantly, with the affection that we are used to giving you for more than 19 years.

What we provide

WIFI / minibar / Microwave / Cable TV.
Alimentation
If you choose to eat, we offer you one meal a day, with flexible hours, according to class schedules.
Maintenance
Cleaning is done once a week, which includes a change of sheets and towels.
Common areas
We have an outdoor terrace, dining room and swimming pool.
